It’s time to start thinking about Family Portraits. Fall is around the corner and you don’t want to miss your opportunity to get some great pics of you and your family in the beautiful outdoors! I am hosting one Fall mini session day where you can get your images done in a quick and easy method, all images are yours in the end to print and use at your will for only $150. All other available dates (which may be limited) will be at regular price. Session fee of $150 due at booking, and all of the full resolution images CD will be able to be purchased for $250. I will be hosting a FALL mini-session this year. There will be 10 slots available. Get some family portraits done with the Fall colors as your background. I’ve noticed some trees are already starting to turn.
WHAT – LIFE SWEETENED FALL MINI PHOTO SESSIONS
WHERE – LION’S PARK IN BEAUMONT, ALBERTA (tentatively – unless I find a cooler spot before then)
WHEN – SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2011
COST – $150
Your $150 includes:
- 30 minutes custom photography.
- 10-15 full resolution, fully edited, ready for print images from your session on a CD with a print release. (BW and color of each edited pose).
- my time and talent.
- available to do immediate families, children, siblings, babies, etc.. (UP TO 6 people in a pose).
- will take as many photos/poses that we can fit into your time slot.
- if weather cooperates, I may have a small studio setup outdoors as well, so we can do some outdoorsy shots, and some ’studio’ for variety.
Your $150 session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your time slot and is NON-refundable.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate we will reschedule the date to a date that works for the majority or an in-studio session can take your spot if you can’t make the re-scheduled date. This special only applies to these mini-session dates.
Your CD of completed images will be ready by October 15, 2011 or earlier. Sneak peaks will also be posted on the blog/Facebook as I edit through your mini-sessions so you have glimpse of how awesome your session went.

Of course I have way more to share with you. Look at this adorable bump – boy or girl? Time will tell. What is your guess?
What is not a better way to photograph a 16 month little boy, but doing what he loves – being busy and curious in a park! I loved capturing the love and this time in their lives – playing together. As I was editing up this session, I couldn’t help but flashback to my little boys first jaunts in the park and how much fun and (nerveracking) they were. How daring little people are! It kinda made me sad and reminiscent of times gone by, as my little guy is 6 in September! And starting Grade One, and needing less hand holding and becoming way more independent. He know longer needs me to catch him at the end of a slide. I digress. But this little walk down memory lane only reinforces to me why photographs are SO IMPORTANT and great in capturing the past and freezing it for the future. My goal is to capture this realness in the photos I take, so when you look at the photos it brings you back to that day and time in your life, and you can recall the events and feelings you had.
